Title

All land titles in Vanuatu are leasehold titles. The underlying lease title at Nasama Resort is for the full 75 years which is the maximum period allowed by law. The apartments are individually strata titled. This is very similar to strata title in Queensland, Australia.

Financing

Local banks ANZ, Westpac, Bred Bank and National Bank offer finance.

Capital Gains

After the first two years, our occupancy will be over the projected 55% allowing the price to rise and maintain the existing returns. As Vanuatu progresses, over time rates will increase. The return will go up and when the return goes up you can sell for a higher price.
